
Chef Nick Rabar from Avenue N, loves our organic EVOO from Umbria. He and Chef Josef got together at the Weaver Library farmer's market in East Providence during a cooking demo. Chef Nick demonstrated his preferred technique of sautéing fresh summer vegetables using extra virgin olive oil.
