Chef Nick Rabar from Avenue N, loves our organic EVOO from Umbria. He and Chef Josef got together at the Weaver Library farmer's market in East Providence during a cooking demo. Chef Nick demonstrated his preferred technique of sautéing fresh summer vegetables using extra virgin olive oil.

Lauren is the newest member of the Appetito Foods team and she runs the show at our farmer's market in Wallingford, Connecticut on Saturdays from 9-12. Lauren is an artist and a recent graduate from SUNY Purchase.
